This cookie is both coconut and lime flavored with macadamia nuts, toasted coconut, and white chocolate chips mixed in.  That's only the beginning!  The cookie is stuffed with coconut-lime buttercream, then topped with a luscious lime glaze and more toasted coconut.  If you're looking for one of our top selling cookies, you've found it!
