Midnight Good & Evil cookies

As a nod to the popular book and movie, this cocoa butter cookie to represent a warm Savannah night.  Each cookie is stuffed with either a white chocolate Lindt truffle center or a dark chocolate Lindt truffle center.  Once the dough is rolled, even we don’t know which is which, making it a fun cutesy little game of existential meaning!  

Each cookie is topped with dark chocolate and edible glitter (for midnight) with a white chocolate ghost. These are soooo popular!  And why wouldn’t they be?  They’re delicious! Ceasar, at the Wilmington Island, GA, post office still asks us about "that cookie" and when we are going to bring him "another sample" of it!

Available in sets of either four, eight or twelve 6-ounce cookies, individually packaged in heat-sealed deli-paper/cellophane.
