How soon do your cookies ship out?
We bake every cookie gift box and order fresh, just for you. Orders are usually shipped within 1–5 business days. This means your gourmet cookies are shipped within one day of being baked. Once your order leaves the Trip Flops Bakery kitchen it will take an additional 2-3 business days to deliver to your door. Can I place a rush order to get my order sooner?
We aren’t able to fast track cookie delivery orders as we fulfill in a first-come, first-served basis. If you need your cookies by a certain date, please email us at tripflopsbakery@gmail.com and we will see if we can accommodate you. We will certainly try!

Where are your cookies made?
Every Trip Flops Bakery cookie is baked fresh in our licensed Savannah home kitchen in accordance with Georgia Cottage Food laws. That’s why our Savannah cookie shop is proud to offer handmade gourmet cookies shipped nationwide.
Can I hold or schedule my order?
We aren't able to hold or schedule an order for a particular day/time. All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. From there, it depends on your zip code as to when your order will arrive. For more accurate shipping information, please visit our shipping policy. Unfortunately we cannot provide an exact delivery date/time, these are guidelines only.
Can I change my order?
It depends. Usually, if you catch us within a few hours of placing the order, we can accommodate a change. Since we fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we cannot always make changes. If your order has already been printed for shipping and filled, we cannot make any changes to your order.
How should I store my cookies?
We recommend storing your cookies at room temperature in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. The best before date will be on your package, as well as cookie care instructions inside the box. For longer-term storage, place cookies in an airtight container/Ziploc and store in the freezer. When ready to eat, allow cookies to come to room temperature before microwaving them for about 15-20 seconds for that "out of the oven" experience.
Can I choose my flavors?
Each box has been carefully crafted for the perfect tasting experience. At this time, we only offer the flavors listed on the product page. We do not offer custom boxes or flavor swaps, sorry!
I have a nut allergy, can I still eat your cookies?
We bake all of our cookies in an open kitchen where wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are all present. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. If you have a severe allergy we recommend consulting a medical professional before consuming our products.
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
Our gourmet cookies last about two weeks in an airtight container. Each cookie box comes with a best-before date and care tips to keep your cookies fresh. For longer storage, freeze your cookies to keep them perfect for up to a month.
My order is delayed… Help!
If your order is delayed by the carrier but is still arriving within the chosen delivery time frame (shown to you at checkout prior to payment), please allow the time for it to make its journey to you.

How do I cancel an order?
As long as your order has not shipped yet, shoot us an email at tripflopsbakery@gmail.com with your order number and request to cancel, and our team will help.
Can I change the shipping address?
If your order has not shipped, please send over the new address to tripflopsbakery@gmail.com so our team can make the change for you.
What’s your return/exchange/refund policy?
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and freshest products possible. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We are however committed to addressing any valid concerns regarding the quality, damage, or errors related to your order.
