Our Peanut Butter Scotcharoo Cookie starts with a rich, chewy peanut butter dough packed with crispy rice cereal, gooey marshmallows, milk chocolate, and a kiss of butterscotch for that classic scotcharoo flavor. We finish it off with extra milk chocolate and marshmallows on top for an indulgent, gooey bite every time.

Inspired by the beloved scotcharoo rice krispie bar, we simply had to turn it into a cookie—bigger, chunkier, and even more decadent.
