The S’mores Situation: Stuffed Cookie Deep Dish Pie

We took everything you love about a fireside s’more and turned it into a deep-dish, gooey, can’t-stop-thinking-about-it experience. Layers of rich cookie dough loaded with semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted Hershey’s chocolate, buttery graham cracker crunch, and ribbons of marshmallow fluff are baked together into one thick, indulgent pie. Then it gets finished with our house-made fudge ganache, sealed under another layer of dough, and baked until the center is molten and the edges are golden. Straight out of the oven, we take it even further—topped with melty semi-sweet chocolate and perfectly charred marshmallows for that unmistakable campfire finish. It’s messy. It’s dramatic. It’s the kind of dessert you don’t “share” so much as hover over protectively. This isn’t just a cookie cake. It’s a full-blown S’mores Situation.
